Safety Guidelines

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a gift.
• Treat all users — creators and fans — with respect and dignity at all times.
• Do not impersonate another person, creator, or brand.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Keep any messages sent alongside gifts appropriate and kind. Harassment, threats, or offensive language will result in immediate account suspension.

• Only list experiences or gifts that you genuinely intend to receive. Misrepresentation is a breach of our Terms of Service.
• Keep your profile accurate and up to date. Do not mislead fans about who you are.
• Do not solicit gifts in exchange for explicit content or any illegal activity.
• Do not share another person's private information on your profile or in messages.
• Protect your account credentials. Never share your password with anyone, including Velory staff (we will never ask for it).

• Gift messages must be respectful. Do not send threatening, harassing, or sexually explicit messages.
• Purchasing a gift does not create any obligation on the creator's part — please respect their boundaries.
• Do not attempt to use gifting as a means of coercion or pressure.
• Do not try to circumvent platform payment systems or share payment details outside of Velory.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Velory account.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@velory.bio.
• Velory will never contact you asking for your password, payment card details, or OTP codes.

The following is strictly prohibited on Velory:

• Sexually explicit, adult, or pornographic content of any kind.
• Content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Hate speech targeting any individual or group based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or nationality.
• Spam, phishing, or any fraudulent activity.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.

If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to us immediately at support@velory.bio. Include as much detail as possible — the username involved, the nature of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.

Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity. We take all reports seriously and aim to respond within 48 hours.
